  All Parts Orders within North America are ordered within 24 hours and typically delivered within 2-5 working days of the order being placed (depending on the US state). If for some reason an item is on backorder or we need clarification on the Bike specifications our customer support will contact you for further details. • Return & Refund

  YES. You can return any part within 7 days of receiving your order providing it is in new condition and not fitted to your bike. To submit a refund request on an order simply contact support@nicecycle.com
