How Do I Make A Return?
All returns must be pre-authorized before they can be shipped back to our facilities. Any custom order is non-returnable - this includes, but is not limited to the following customizations: color swaps, decal swaps, and paint scheme swaps. If you have further questions, please contact us.
What Is Your Return Policy?
Returns are accepted. There is a 20% restocking fee for each kit returned, return postage paid by the customer. You must contact us prior to returning anything in order to receive the return address as well as a return authorization number which must be on the outside of the box when returned. ALL RETURNS MUST BE IN BRAND NEW CONDITION AND NOT PREVIOUSLY MOUNTED ON BIKES.
