The issue of eBay motorcycle fairings is rather large and is a common problem we run into nearly everyday here at NiceCycle. It never fails; whether we are on the road or in the office, customers are continuously complaining about aftermarket fairing quality in regards to a purchase made on eBay. We love eBay don't get us wrong, but when it comes to purchasing motorcycle fairings - stay far away. Sellers on eBay are promoting their Honda fairing kits are high quality, ABS fairings when in reality they are not. Nearly all motorcycle fairings on eBay are composed of either fiberglass or PVC and on top of this are compression molded. Their are numerous problems with motorcycle fairing sets being compression molded; the largest problem being fitment. Fiberglass and PVC fairing kits have a tendency to melt or warp literally hours after riding.
